MEET THE FOUNDER
Akachi Okugo
Akachi Okugo brings extensive coaching experience from the NBA and FIBA levels, having participated in the Nike Hoop Summit in 2022 and 2023, and representing the Egyptian Men's National Team at the FIBA World Cup. Prior to his coaching career, Akachi was a standout player at Grand Canyon University and Yuba College, earning All-CCAA Honorable Mention honors in his senior year. Based in Los Angeles, California, Akachi continues to work with top-tier athletes, specializing in player development and strategic training, helping athletes refine their skills and reach their full potential.
Chuks Iroegbu
Born and raised in Sacramento, Chuks Iroegbu is a former standout basketball player with a deep passion for the game. He played varsity basketball at Franklin High School, continued his journey at City College of San Francisco, and later at Northern Illinois University, where he led his team in field goal percentage in his senior season.
After earning his degree in Economics from NIU and an MBA from California State University, Monterey Bay, Chuks transitioned into the tech industry, where he has spent the last seven years working in various technical roles. His blend of athletic experience and technical expertise drives the vision behind JustWatch Sports.
